Cousins promises big-name signings

Pre-season fixtures sure to excite fans

Retained list announced

Rushden manager Garry Hill has finally announced his retained list for the 2008/09 season.

Phillips joins for undisclosed fee

Torquay Utd striker Lee Phillips today completed his move to Rushden and Diamonds for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £17500. Hot-shot Clare signs for Diamonds

Rushden have today announced the signing of prolific Burton Albion striker Daryl Clare on a free transfer. The 29 year-old former Grimsby, Northampton, Cheltenham, Boston, Chester, Crawley and most recently Burton player netted 48 times in 99 appearances at the Pirelli Stadium, helping the Brewers to the play-offs this season.

Howell moves on
